Due to its low solubility after oral administration, the bioavailability of Sylibin decreases. One way of increasing its bioavailability is to form a natural complex with Essential Phospholipids, in particular Phosphatidylcholine. This complex formed between Silybin and Phosphatidylcholine enhances the support of liver health, compared to the effect of Silymarin and Phospholipids administered individually.​
