Rosemary Potatoes with Coarse Celtic Sea Salt
Ingredients
- 500 g red-skinned potatoes or new potatoes
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Coarse Celtic Sea Salt Good Routine® Wellness Foods
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary or ½ teaspoon dried rosemary
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1 crushed garlic clove, optional
Step-by-step preparation
- 1. Preheat the oven
- Set the oven to 200°C.
- 2. Wash the potatoes
- Wash the potatoes well, especially if cooking them with the skin on.
- 3. Cut the potatoes
- Cut into quarters or even pieces so they bake evenly.
- 4. Prepare the marinade
- In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, coarse Celtic sea salt, rosemary, pepper and garlic, if using.
- 5. Season the potatoes
- Add the potatoes to the bowl and toss well, so each piece is evenly coated.
- 6. Arrange on the tray
- Place the potatoes on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, in a single layer.
- 7. Bake
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, turning the potatoes once halfway through.
- 8. Finish
- Remove the tray from the oven and sprinkle, if desired, a little more coarse Celtic salt for a crunchy texture.
- 9. Serve
- Serve the potatoes warm, as a side dish or savory snack.
